Hi Davina,
I saw over on Yorkshire Modern Quilt Guild blog that you took out a subscription to Modern Quilting magazine.
Apparently the magazine has ceased publication. The company that produced it, Craft Magazine Shop, still seems to be in existence, so you could try a recorded letter to them or contact Trading Standards.
